你的生活是什么样子的？是否也有色彩缤纷、鸟语花香？你是否闻到了生活的气息？是否感受到了生活的触摸？抑或者听到了生活的喃喃低语……

    As fruit needs not only sunshine

    but cold nights and chilling showers to ripen it，

    so character needs not only joy

    but trial and difficulty to mellow it.

    水果不仅需要阳光，也需要凉夜。

    寒冷的雨水能使其成熟。

    人的性格陶冶不仅需要欢乐，

    也需要考验和困难

    As you slowly open your eyes,

    look around,

    notice where the light comes into your room,

    listen carefully,

    see if there are any new sounds you can recognize;

    feel with your body and spirit,

    see if you can sense the freshness in the air.

    当你慢慢睁开眼睛的时候，

    环顾四周，

    注意到阳光是从什么地方射到你的房间；

    仔细听听，

    看你是否能辨认出什么新的声音；

    用你的身心去感觉，

    看看你是否能感受到空气中散发出的新鲜的气息。

Joke of Today

Three Turtles

    Three turtles decided to have a cup of coffee. Just as they got into the cafe, it started to rain. The biggest turtle said to the smallest one, " Go　home and get the umbrella."

    The little turtle replied, "I will, if you don't drink my offee."

    "We won't," the other two promised.

    Two years later the big turtle said to the middle turtle, "Well, I guess he isn't coming back, so we might as well drink his coffee."

    Just then a voice called from outside the door, "If you do, I won't go."
