    Today's topic:

    Thanksgiving, or Thanksgiving Day, is coming. It's a traditional North American holiday,and is a form of harvest festival. In the United States, the fourth Thursday in November is called Thanksgiving Day. Thanksgiving was about the Pilgrims, the first settlers in America. They shared the first harvest with the Indians and gave thanks.

    Thanksgiving Day is usually a family day. People always celebrate with big dinners and happy reunions. Pumpkin pie and Indian pudding are traditional Thanksgiving desserts. Relatives from other cities, students who have been away at school, and many other Americans travel a long distance to spend the holiday at home.

    On that day, Americans give thanks for the blessings they have enjoyed during the year. And I am sure that we all must have a lot to be thankful for. Maybe you would like to give thanks for being here with your family and for being well,or give thanks for a healthy year, a good job,or thank your friends for encouraging you when you are in dismay,etc.

    感恩节通常是一个家庭节日，通常以大型参会和团聚来庆祝。南瓜派和布丁是传统的感恩节食品。远来的亲戚、住校的学生等等很多美国人会不辞辛苦的跋山涉水回家过节。

If my friend doesn't send a message to me,I will forget that today is Thanks giving Day,so I want to thank my friend now.Of course, I also give my thanks to everyboday who has given me a hand when I was in trouble or encorage me to do what I want to.Besides,I consider we also can celebrate this festival in our own way.

if i didn't see my inbox,i will forget that today is thanks giving day,for so long a time ,i say thank you to all kinds of people everyday.but my best friends,my parents,my relatives who are caring about me every minutes were not recieved my thanks everyday,because in my heart i love them and i think it is needless to say 'thank you 'to them.but today is a special day,i want to tell my parents, all my friends and my relatives,i want to say "thank you"

In my point of view, ThanksgivingDay is very important to everybody!
when we were in trouble,maybe we accpet somebody's help,and take it away,for our family member we should say Thanks, they gives us happiness , confidence when we have bad mood, for our sweetheart, also we shuold give them sweet kiss to express our Thanks,whenever they are accompany with us,and our teacher, most of knowledge we learn form them, so ThanksgivingDay belongs to them.............

It's nessary for everybody to say "Thanks" to the ones you get something from them. Maybe they gave you a hand when you were in trouble, maybe they incouraged you when you lose heart, maybe he or she gave you the most precious love...
We need to have a indebted heart, and we need to know saying thanks to others.

I agree with daodao.Thanksgiving Day is a western festival.Now many Chinese people,especially the young guys, prefer the foreign festivals.I think it's no big deal.We do not have such meaning festivals like Thanking and it's better to celebrate it and think about something.I'd like to thank my wife.She did so many houseworks and make our life easy. I should treat her better.

Thanks giving Day is American holiday.Now many chinese people like to celebrate foreign festival and think that the other countries are just better than China.We should thank everyboy who has helped us .But we shouldn't follow suit .
