Today's topic:
Time flies. Till today, we have worked or studied for 3 days since our holidays. As what happended before, some of us are feeling a little depressed. All those warm feelings and the excitement of the holidays are gone. Stress levels have to be back to pre-holiday highs within a week of returning to work. However, the busy working days don't help matters. Some said, I couldn't get up so early as before; some said, I could never concentrate myself on something……
That's what we call "post-holiday blues". Today we will talk about your post-holiday blues...
Please believe that you're not alone. Many people around this time of year find themselves struggling with the post-holiday blues. This sudden change between holiday and work is a difficult adjustment, but can be managed in a few simple steps.
Tell us your blues and how you beat them.
