     Today's topic:

    I happened to look up a rule in ancient China :" if there are some affairs between a man and a woman, he is deserved to be exiled to a distant place and she ought to be Ling Chi executed (cut into pieces) in public. There is no doubt that the law is unfair and quite cruel，which is called a love shackle.

    Since Modern Liberation Movement, freedom of marriage has been a common sense in people's mind. However, one morbid fact in society is that divorce rate is going up year by year as a result of the other men or women’s intervening in other people’s families. what's more, more and more families have maintained fake harmony.

    In your opinion, which leads to this state? The development of economy or the degeneration of people's moral? Is it an advance or Retrogression?

    What can we do to change it? Enhance loyalty to the love and marriage? or we should build a law similar to the ancient ones? Absolutely, women equals to men.

    偶然间翻阅历史，发现中国古代律法有一条规定：男子通奸，至多流放；女子失节，当街凌迟。毫无疑问，这条律法是不公正的，残酷的，号称是对爱情自由的桎梏。

    现代解放运动以来，婚姻自由也成为人们意识中的一种常识。可目前社会一种病态情况是，由于第三者插足他人家庭，离婚率逐年上升，更为让人痛心的是，很多家庭保持着貌合神离的状态。

    你认为是什么导致这种情况的发生？是经济的发展还是人们道德水准的下降? 这是一种进步还是倒退?

    怎样才能改变这种情况？增强对爱情、婚姻的忠诚度？或者应该出台类似古代的法律？但有一条，法律上绝对应该男女平等！

    请大家就此发表自己的看法。
