有关资料统计，中国13亿人口，肠胃病患者就有1.2亿，是全世界当之无愧的“肠胃病大国”。随着生活节奏的加快及生活结构的改变，白领阶层成为肠胃病的“重灾区”:他们每天工作10小时以上，坐在电脑前8小时，长久的不良工作习惯，导致很多人出现“肠”疾。
专家提醒，面对这些日积月累下来的问题，上班族可以从日常生活中的细节处着手解决，并提供了四个肠胃健康的“金点子”，即：尊重肠胃的生物钟，注意用餐时间；“五谷为养”，多吃粗粮； 适度运动，劳逸结合；选择中药进行调理。
