初冬已是寒风瑟瑟，但对于爱美的女士来说，美丽没有季节，很多女孩子甚至在隆冬都是一副“清凉模样”——— 喜欢短衣襟小打扮，低领酥胸微露，一袭短裙随风飘扬。如果你属于这时尚一族就要引起注意了，爱穿低领装，咽喉易受伤。

　　初冬季节，一定要注意咽喉部保暖。寒风袭击人体，口、鼻、咽喉首当其冲，而喉下即是气管，气管下连及肺。寒邪伤人，顺着口、鼻、咽喉、气管直通于肺，对肺的呼吸不利，因而出现咳嗽、气喘、咽喉疼痛甚至引发气管炎、肺炎、咽喉炎、鼻炎等疾病。

　　其实，美丽与保暖并不矛盾，如果想穿低领衣服，可以围上丝巾，以免早晨晚上出门时咽喉胸部受寒风侵袭。除了白天在颈部围围巾外，晚上可以用热水袋做颈部外敷。
